General Guidelines

  • Only e-posters will be presented. There is no provision for physical posters.
  • No changes can be made after online abstract submission.
  • Conference registration is mandatory prior to e-poster abstract submission.
  • Last date of abstract submission is 25th March, 2026.
  • The abstract must be submitted online at the website https://www.icaaicon2025lucknow.in/
  • Abstracts/case reports must be submitted online via the official conference website only. Please do not submit via email.
  • Please choose the appropriate category (Original Research / Case Report) related to your abstract at the time of submission.
  • Abstracts/case reports must be original and must not have been published or presented at any other meeting.
  • The first author should be the corresponding author and also the presenter.
  • Please provide current working email ID and Mobile number of the presenting author.
  • All selected submissions will be acknowledged by email.

Guidelines For Award Paper

  • Presenting author’s contact details
  • Email address | Full postal address | Phone number
  • Author and co-authors’ details:
    • Full first and family name(s)
    • Affiliation details: Department, Institution / Hospital, City, State, Country
  • Title – must be in UPPER CASE and limited to 25 words.
  • Abstract text – limited to 250 words. Text beyond 250 words will be truncated.
  • Use MS Word format, Times New Roman, font 12, double spacing.
  • No references are needed with abstract submission.
  • Click on the SUBMIT button at the end of the process to submit your abstract. Changes will not be possible to your abstract after it is submitted.
  • You will receive an e-poster ID number via email after you have successfully submitted your abstract. Please refer to this number in all correspondence regarding the abstract / e-poster.
  • Please contact the organizing team at iapidautoimmune@gmail.com if you do not receive abstract submission confirmation within a week.
